"Lisa taught at a relaxed pace allowing plenty of questions. She gave lots of useful tips such as where to source great ingredients, showed how to use equipment effectively and many other tips we can use. The course started with a breakfast demo which we then enjoyed as she started to demonstrate the lunch recipes. She had recipes all printed in a booklet so we could take notes. She also offered interesting perspectives on health, nourishment and life as a raw vegan. Well, the course is great for anyone who is intrigued about healthy eating and raw vegan foods. It turns out there is a lot more than just "salads" for raw vegans, infact the recipes are delicious and much more nutritious than conventional food."

"I attended Lisa's raw food class and had no idea what to expect. Any apprehension I had soon vanished immediately with Lisa's warm welcome. Lisa's teaching style was very friendly and easy to follow, she allowed plenty of time for questions and was very generous with her knowledge, sharing lots of hints and tips and offering variations on recipes being prepared.
The food Lisa made was a delicious feast and although I had disastrously tried to make flax crackers before and vowed I wouldn't bother again, Lisa's were so delicious I went home and made my own and they too were delicious!
I would highly recommend anyone thinking about attending a raw food class just book a class with Lisa - you won’t be disappointed!!"
