Lady, you are an alchemist! Six, just SIX ingredients, plus a spark of genius and some love, equals your incredible carrot and onion bread!!! My experimental bread was not bad, though it needed avocado and marinated mushrooms to make it really enjoyable, but YOURS....I simply had to enjoy it in its bare naked glory! It was so delicious that after lunch, I thought "what shall I have for dessert, I fancy a dessert".....and had some more of your bread! When I grow up I want to be as talented as you!  I forgot to say that the other thing I love about your bread is that it LOOKS beautiful. Food goes in through the eyes first, and some raw breads/crackers do not look appealing at all. The flavours have melded but you can still see the separate components, tiny golden flax seeds, the grated carrot, the onion....it made me really appreciate mother nature! xx
